Lsp Rename issues

I am on the latest neovim nightly - version 501. It seems the lsp rename is not working properly.
When I trying to use it changing the word but also some additional characters adjoining to the word under the cursor.

Is there something I need to additional config under the standard one which is found on the site example

No, that’s a bug and you should open an issue. I’m not sure what version 501 means, so I would check you’re on the latest nightly while filing the bug report.
