Texlab + EFM conflict

Texlab and EFM don’t work together after :TexlabBuild and :TexlabForward. Is there a hack to get them working? Maybe blocking EFM from getting the textDocument/build method? nvim-lspconfig/#1258

@mjlbach’s idea to only send a client.request to texlab instead of using lsp.buf_request worked.

Would you please share what that call looks like and where you call it from?
