Access rights are reset when saving files. Windows 10

When saving a file (:w) his access rights are reset.
This is extremely inconvenient, for example, if you change the config 'user.ssh\config`

Is this a bug , or am I doing something wrong ?

I use it on WSL2. Everything works perfectly.
