Adding LemMinX Extensions to LemMinX LSP

LemMinX has an extension for maven that I would like to use.

LemMinX is loaded as an LSP configured through mason

lsp-config gets LemMinX as a binary through vscode-xml and from what I can see it does allow to load extensions

How would I configure LemMinX to load and use an extension?
