How to set Theme in Neovim

Hello, Recently I have installed Neovim on my Windows 10 PC and running it via Cygwin. I would like to change my theme to Gruvbox. So it would extremely help me if anyone kindly guides me on how to change it.

The easiest way is to use a plugin.
I use the following for gruvbox:

If you don’t know how to install plugins, there are many guides out there how to do that. I use the plugin manager vim-plug.
