Siganture_help shows only one options but overloads are avilable

Signatrue-Problem

on the second picture is nvim signature_help. It shows only one signature. As a comparison on the first picture is waht hrsh7th/cmp-nvim-lsp-signature-help plugin shows me. I have oveserved this behaviour at least with clangd.
