I don’t suspect many ppl here cares about vim9script. Most of us are prefer lua for plugins and config. You may have better chances with your issue on forum dedicated to Vim not Neovim, as it looks like you are using plain Vim.

Unless you are using Neovim, then as far as I can tell there are no plans to switch to vim9script, so no need to touch your config.

You dont have to, your config will still work with neovim with no issues.
